Login Q&A Installing Flash Admit One Security Bill Pay Demos & Tips

CU Online

Plain and simple, you want to know what we do to protect you.  Regulatory agencies require that all financial institutions enhance the security for their online banking systems.  Because of this, we are proud to offer you enhanced security features and an account manager system.

Please be sure that you have downloaded Flash before attempting to setup your Username and Password.  If you have downloaded Flash, make sure to reboot your computer before accessing CU Online.  Remember, each individual is to set up their own Username and Password using their own Social Security Number.

Security
When using CU Online, you will be asked to create a new Username and Password.  This new Username and Password will allow you to gain access to all of your FORUM accounts.  In addition, FORUM utilizes a software product provided by Admit One Security that authenticates users by capturing their unique keystrokes. As you login over time, a keystroke template is created.  Admit One is dedicated to providing you with the highest level of security and accessibility to your online accounts with FORUM.

Account Manager
Your Account Manager will allow you to view all of your FORUM accounts from one screen.  You will not have to type in a separate Username and Password for each of your accounts.  Upon first login to CU Online, you will be asked to type in each account number and password you would like to view on your Account Manager.  Once you have entered them, you will not be asked to do so again.
