Understanding User Based Functions

There are a variety of User Based Functions within CU Online.  These include your User Profile, Mailbox, Alerts, Announcements, and Special Offers.  Through these functions, you are able to customize your CU Online experience.  (One example would be setting up an Alert so that you would receive an e-mail alert any time a withdrawal was made from your account.)  By clicking on the Demo below, you can learn more about User Based Functions.

Add Additional Accounts

Your Account Manager will allow you to view all of your FORUM accounts from one screen.  You will not have to type in a separate Username and Password for each of your accounts.  Please remember that your name and social security number must be on the account you would like to add.  Refer to the demo link below on how to add additional accounts.

Changing Your Password

We would like to recommend that you use a short Username and Password (a minimum of six characters).  This will make it easier for you to login.  There is a very simple way for you to change your current Password to make it shorter.
