It's time to get rewarded!  When you open your 4th new FORUM service or more between October 1st and December 31st, you can receive a Rewards Coupon and then choose one reward of your choice.  It's simple to get a 4th service.  You already have a Savings as a FORUM member and you probably have a Checking, too.  That's two services already! You may also have an Auto Loan with us or even a Special Savings.  That's three services.  So, you just need to open one more service to get a reward!  Your reward can be used on your 4th service or on another service. Take a look at your reward options:

Ask for a REWARDS COUPON when opening your 4th service or more!  Visit your local FORUM Branch, call our Contact Center, or chat with us online.  To redeem your reward, please present your Rewards Coupon when you have at least a $100 balance in your new service.
