What is the new technology and how will it protect you?
The technology is called VerificationEngine from Comodo, the leading Certification Authority on the Internet, (they put the padlock on websites). With this new technology, all FORUM Credit Union logos and log-in boxes are protected so that you can authenticate their legitimacy in real time before you divulge anything confidential. This technology puts fraudsters out of business and you in control of your confidential information.
How does it work?
To authenticate the web content we have protected (our logos and log-in boxes), here’s all you need to do:
- Download the small, free reader called VerificationEngine from the FORUM website or go to www.vengine.com.
- The download is easy and takes just a few moments.
- Once installed, when you roll your mouse over our authenticated content (logos, log-in box and rate pages), a bright green border will be displayed around the edge of your monitor screen.
