Secure Email
FORUM Credit Union is committed to providing the safest, most secure environment for all of your banking needs. This includes protecting personal information transmitted to and from FORUM through the use of email. In order to provide you with the latest in secure email communication, we have implemented a Secure Email Encryption service called Zix.
All email communication you receive from us containing personally identifiable financial information will take advantage of ZixCorp encryption services. ZixCorp's e-messaging protection makes it easy for you to receive, read, and reply to all our encrypted communications - whether you are a ZixCorp customer or not.
The privacy of business communication is important to us, and we want to ensure your information stays private.
Retrieving a Secure Email
1. To retrieve your secure email from the ZixMessage Center™ click the link provided in the notification email.
2. You will be taken to a Password Creation screen. Create a password and click Submit. You will use this password each time to log into the ZixMessage Center™.
If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password" link on the ZixMessage Center™.
3. The message is viewed securely in your browser.
Send a Secure Email

Enter your email address registered with Zix and your password. If you have not registered an email address, click the "Register for a new account" link.

Click the Compose Tab.

Enter the requested information.
