Charity Choice

FORUM Credit Union would like to help you fund the organization you care about.  As a part of the local community, we understand the significant role not-for-profits play.  We also recognize that there is a continual need for more resources.  We can make a difference together.

Thinking about becoming a FORUM Member?
When you open a FORUM Checking Account with direct deposit, we will deposit $5 into the charity of your choice's account!  (Note: the charity you choose must have a FORUM Business Checking Account.)

Already a FORUM Member?
You have the option to personally contribute to the charity of your choice for every signature based debit card transaction you make (choose from $.01 - $1).  The process is simple.  Login in to CU Online, click on User Profile, then scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see Charity Choice Deposit Account.  Select the charity of your choice.  Then type in your charity choice transfer amount.  If you don't see the charity you would like to donate to, let that organization know they can receive donations by opening a FORUM Business Checking Account.

Not-for-Profit Business?
By having a FORUM Business Checking Account, your organization has the opportunity to receive additional monetary resources through both FORUM and the individuals that want to help fund your organization.  Ask a FORUM Representative for details.
