Important Notice Regarding Debit Card Usage

To comply with Regulation GG of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Act, FORUM Credit Union will be denying all debit card transactions that are initiated from an Internet Gambling merchant code.  This will be effective November 1, 2009.  Credit card transactions that are initiated from an Internet Gambling merchant code will also be denied on or before December 1, 2009.
