Proceeds for Paws

With FORUM's Proceeds for Paws program, you can help provide shelter and care for animals that are in need.  How?  To enroll in this program, you must first have a Paws & Claws account!  With this account, you can save money specifically for your pet and use the money for anything from pet food to pet surgeries.  For full details on the account, click here.  Once you have your Paws & Claws account, you can enroll in the Proceeds for Paws program.  By enrolling in this program, you agree to donate 5 cents to the Humane Society of Indianapolis for every signature-based debit card transaction you make with your pet debit card.  Don't worry, FORUM will take care of all the calculations and process the donation.  When you receive your monthly statement, you'll see your total donation based on the amount of transactions made in the prior month.  You can enroll in this program in the branch, or click here to print out a sign up form and turn it in to any FORUM branch location.  If you don't have a Paws & Claws account, you can sign up online or in the branch.
