Collegiate Scholarships

The Foundation awards up to seven, $5,000 collegiate scholarships annually. The collegiate scholarships are eligible for renewal, up to four years, providing recipients with the potential to receive $20,000 over the course of their four-year collegiate experience.

Who’s eligible to apply for collegiate scholarships?

  • Members between the ages of 17 and 24, including high school seniors and college students
  • Members with a weighted cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Members intending to study full-time (minimum of twelve (12) credit hours) at an accredited college or university in a two- or four-year undergraduate degree program beginning in the fall semester
  • FORUM Credit Union members in good standing whose FORUM Credit Union account opening date occurred no less than one year prior to the time of application. Alternatively, applicants may have a parent/legal guardian who is a member in good standing whose FORUM Credit Union account opening date occurred no less than one year prior to the time of application.
  • Members who are U.S. citizens

Annual Scholarship Timeline

Applications are accepted October 1 - February 1 each year.
