American Rescue Plan Act
As part of the American Rescue Plan Act, eligible families will get monthly payments from the government from July 15 through December 2021. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will send these monthly payments directly to people through direct deposit, paper checks, or debit cards. Direct deposit payments will be deposited as they are received.
The quickest way to determine if your stimulus check has been deposited is to check your accounts using FORUM’s online banking or mobile app. You can even set alerts to notify you when a deposit is received.
If you qualify for payments — which depends, in part, on how much you make — you’ll get them on about the 15th of each month, automatically, without having to do anything. The IRS is working to get online systems set up on its webpage and make sure all questions get answered. Go to IRS.gov for the latest info on who qualifies, how much you’ll get, and how to address any problems you might run into. Be aware of scams. The IRS will never contact you by phone, text, or email to ask for personal information.
Government Issued Stimulus Checks

Small Business PPP Updates
PPP loan requests are not being accepted, in accordance with reports of the program no longer having available funds at the Federal level.
- Any submitted application that has not yet been approved by the SBA will not be reviewed or approved.
- The SBA PPP portal has been disabled and FORUM no longer has access to it.

Small Business Administration Injury Disaster Loans
Indiana small businesses can apply for SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL).
- The SBA EIDL program can provide low-interest loans of up to $2M to businesses and private non-profits.
- EIDLs may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills.
- The interest rate is 3.75% for small businesses without credit available elsewhere. The interest rate for non-profits is 2.75%.
- EIDLs have long-term repayment options, up to a maximum of 30 years. Terms are determined on a case-by-case basis, based on borrower's ability to repay.

Small Business Administration Express Disaster Bridge Loans Now Available
The SBA Express Bridge Loan (EBL) program allows small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 with less paperwork. These loans can provide vital economic support to small businesses to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue they are experiencing and can be a term loans or used to bridge the gap while applying for a direct SBA Economic Injury Disaster loan. If a small business has an urgent need for cash while waiting for decision and disbursement on Economic Injury Disaster Loan, they may qualify for an SBA Express Disaster Bridge Loan. Regulation D Transfer Updates
In accordance with an updated rule from The Federal Reserve Board, effective immediately, FORUM members are able to make an unlimited number of transfers and withdrawals to another account or to a third party by means of a preauthorized, automatic, or Internet transfer, by telephonic order or instruction, or by check, draft, debit card or similar order from their savings and money market accounts. This is an update from the long-standing Federal rule that placed a six-per-month limit on the number of allowable transfers from savings and money market accounts. Checking accounts have always had unlimited transfer and withdrawal ability. The Federal Reserve Board made this change to give consumers more immediate access to transfer and withdrawal money from their savings and money market accounts.
Wellness is a Priority
FORUM has a year-round, established wellness program in place for employees that includes the distribution of wellness tips and precautions. During this time of heightened awareness, we have asked employees to eliminate hand-to-hand contact, such as shaking hands, when greeting teammates, members, and guests.
