FORUM Credit Union announces organizational promotions to its lending, retail, and organizational development teams.
Michelle Baker has been promoted to Vice President of Organizational Development. Michelle has 20 years of experience in a variety of Talent/Organizational Development functions. Her journey at FORUM started in 2015 as a Manager in Talent Development and has since been developing results-driven onboarding programs, leading the Talent Development team, and more.
Alexandria Corbin has been promoted to Commercial Relationship Manager. Alex was hired in October 2017 bringing nearly 10 years of experience in the financial service industry, including a background in retail, retail management, commercial operations, and now commercial lending. Alex enjoys getting to know FORUM business members and working with them to help meet their business needs.
Blake Dearing has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Consumer Member Solutions & Servicing. Blake joined FORUM in 2005. He is a licensed realtor and has experience with real estate lending, collections, loss mitigation, and financial counseling.
Michelle Ellis has been promoted to Center Grove Branch Manager. Michelle started her FORUM Credit Union journey in November 2017 as a Manager in Training (MIT). She assisted members at five different locations before her promotion to Assistant Branch Manager in March 2019 at the Center Grove Branch and was recently promoted to Branch Manager.
Allie Foley has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Retail Delivery Operations. Allie joined FORUM in January 2015 as a Manager in Training (MIT). Allie then transitioned to Member Services Assistant Manager and after that, to Member Services Manager. In her new role, Allie will hold responsibility for the Retail Project Management, Analytics and Quality Assurance team along with the Member Services and Virtual Branch team.
Heather Hagenmaier has been promoted to Park 100 Branch Manager. Heather started with FORUM in 2014 as a Member Advisor at the Southport Branch. During her time at FORUM, Heather was promoted to Member Service Representative and then made her way into the Manager in Training program, which provided her the experience she has today.
Nicole Royle has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending. Nicole started her journey at FORUM 12 years ago as a Member Advisor at the Fishers Branch. She served as a Retail Manager in Training and Assistant Manager before joining the lending team in 2016 as the Consumer Lending Manager.
Brandon Speckman has transitioned to Assistant Vice President - Retail Delivery Branching. Brandon has been with FORUM since June 2003. His career began as a Teller at the East Washington Branch, now known as the Brookville Road Branch. Brandon went through the Manager in Training program and held many management positions throughout the years including Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Assistant Vice President - Retail Delivery.
